2.1 ASOCIATIA MAMPRENOARE is a Romanian organization based in FLOREȘTI, str. TĂUTULUI NR. 89A, AP. 4, PARTER, JUD. CLUJ, registered in the Trade Register under VAT number: 44694044.

2.2 The Organization acts as a data controller of personal data collected through the website www.mamprenoare.eu (the “Site”).

2.3 The controller is obligated to manage safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data provided by the users of the Site.

What Data Do We Process?

3.1 The website https://mamprenoare.eu collects the following personal data:

  • Name/surname, email, and profile picture.
  • Email address – when you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and name are retained. Each article will be sent to that address at the time of publication.
  • Facebook account – to subscribe to the newsletter via messenger, you need to log in with your personal Facebook account.
  • To maintain the high quality of the information delivered in newsletters, we need to know the demographic characteristics of visitors and the preferences for electronic devices used. This information is collected through cookies (Google Analytics), depending on the options you set for cookies.

For What Purpose Do We Process This Data?

4.1 We process the data specified in art. 3.1 a) to provide the services offered in the promotion packages, such as: promotion services for your company and your entrepreneur profile, online networking services, e-learning services.

4.2 We process the data specified in art. 3.1 b) for information and promotion purposes.

4.3 Data processed with the help of cookies is processed to improve the services offered and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

4.4 In addition to the aforementioned purposes, the Organization may process the collected personal data to fulfill obligations that arise from the provided services (e.g., accounting, tax, audit obligations, etc.), which are always compatible with the main purposes for which the data was collected.

4.5 To the extent that the data subject has given their consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

4.6 For any other auxiliary purpose to the above or any other purpose for which the personal data was provided, in compliance with the legislation in force.

5.2 The data processed under art. 3.1 is stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and then deleted within a maximum of 6 months from the end of the contract, if the law does not provide a retention period.

5.3 Data provided for newsletter registration is processed until you withdraw your consent.

6.1 The legal basis for processing personal data carried out on our Site is based on:

7.1 We collect your personal data directly from you, for example, when you send us an email requesting an offer/information or when you provide us with your data to conclude a contract or subscribe to the newsletter.

8.1 Your data is stored on servers belonging to the company HostVision SRL, RO3598139; J12/1063/1993; ANSPDCP No. 23264; str. G-ral Eremia Grigorescu 87, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, servers located on Romanian territory.

To Whom Do We Disclose Personal Data?

These data will be provided as necessary and only under a confidentiality agreement from the contractual partners, guaranteeing that these data are kept safe and processed according to the applicable legislation;

Authorities, institutions, and public bodies, if there is a legal request from them or if we have a legal obligation to do so;

Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data:

  • The right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
  • The right to address the competent courts of law for the defense of any rights guaranteed by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
